I think almost everyone of us at one time or the other, wants to have total control of a situation or better still their life…there is where the conflict begins. This sculpture was initially part of a bigger piece that I had intended to do…left it untouched for a year but kept staring at it…then decided it will be a good pedestal stand for my smaller works…and finally while working on it I felt that it has the potential to another sensual form…as I continue I find that it takes beautiful forms that I had never intended…and the process becomes effortless…as I slice away I still cannot fully determine the final outcome…as they usually say…it is the journey that counts and not the destination
