- My art is really about the assimilation of experiences that I have filtered and the conclusions that I have attained. I have found in my spiritual and philosophical encounters that there need to exist polarities to experience existence and life. Being a male, the female counterpart is of course the most intriguing and at times the most puzzling. As the saying goes…better without but can’t do without. As it will be suicidal and psychotic to analyze or categorize the female I have come to a stage where I just absorb the experiences and intergrate with the encounters …and reflect and resonate the intensities. The female gives me ‘raison de etre’. I am obsess about my work to a stage where I can drool over them for ages. I want my viewers to capture those instaneous and unfiltered perceptions. A wow. It is addictive. That is what drives me to do things I do. Of course I can try to theorize my works with tons of words which will defeat the ability of visualization. Then realization sets in…. Hey! Either my viewers get it or they don’t. It really depends on the degree of social stigma that they have about nakedness, perversions, distortions.....
